Product Description:
MIC20 composite hardness tester (ultrasonic/Richter hardness tester) combines UCI method (ultrasonic contact impedance method) and springback hardness detection. The UCI method can be used to detect the dense materials with complex shapes, and the rebound method is used to detect large coarse grain forgings and castings. The UCI method determines the hardness of the material by measuring the indentation size of the diamond in the back of the material after applying the test load. In the rebound method, an impact body is pushed to the detection surface under the action of the elastic force. The speed of impact and the rebound velocity are measured through the non-contact model, and the hardness value is measured by these two values.
Product features:
1. The quasi-static hardness test of the UCI method (ASTM A1038) and the hardness test of the dynamic hardness test based on the resilience method (ASTM A956)
2. The UCI probe is applicable to the hardness testing of the surface with fine texture, complex shape or heat treatment
3. The springback impact equipment is used for large components with coarse texture, forging and casting materials
4. Test results are automatically converted between HV, HB, HRC, HRB, HS, HL and N/mm2 standards
5. Easy to enter the alphanumeric data by pressing buttons and/or built-in touch screen
6. Power supply: AC (100V-240V) or nimh battery
7. Internal data record, approximately 5000 series measurement values can be recorded
8. Quick and easy calibration can be performed according to different test materials, and calibration data can be stored and redeployed
9. Non-directional measurement, without entering any correction factor
10. Large color TFT screens showing all measurement related information, such as averages, single values, or statistics
11. Arrange clear data storage, which can be stored in a simple and orderly manner. A series of measurements can be pulled out and edited
