Product Description:
Ultrasonic hardness tester MIC10/MIC10DL useUCI (Ultrasonic Contact Impedance-Ultrasonic Contact Impedance) method can quickly and easily evaluate the Vickers hardness sunken place, without using a microscope. The small and light MIC 10 USES battery power, which can be quickly used on site and is not restricted in all aspects, even in the end position. The instrument can be applied to most fine grain and material of any shape and size, especially suitable for determining the material properties within the small tolerances. The measured part of the workpiece includes the flange and the gear root, which can also be measured in any direction, such as horizontal or vertical.
Product features:
1. High precision measurement: the continuous frequency measurement is monitored through the penetration of the entry meter.
2. The change and display of hardness value: unit HV, HB, HRC, HRB and tensile strength N/mm2.
3. MIC10DL is stored, equipped with internal storage and additional memory card.
(1) The internal data recorder can record about 1500 measurements, and the memory card can store about 590 measurements
(2) Printable static indicator function (maximum reading, minimum reading, absolute and relative standard deviation)
(3) The RS232 interface can be saved by computer remote control or by printer.

1. Manual standard probe MIC201A: 10N/1Kgf load, especially for small groove surfaces
2. Manual standard probe MIC205A: 50N/5Kgf load, applicable to most applications
3. Manual standard probe MIC2010A: 100N/10Kgf load applied to coarse grain materials and rough surfaces
4. Manual short probe MIC201AS (10N/1Kgf load)/MIC205AS (50N/5Kgf load)
5. Manual long probe MIC201AL (10N/1Kgf load)/MIC205AL (50N/5Kgf load), equipped with a longer oscillating rod (37mm). Used to measure the surface of an outline or a deep cavity/groove in the structure of the workpiece. Like worm gear and meshing gear.
6. Electric probe MIC2103A (3N/0.3 Kgf), MIC211A (about 8N/0.8Kgf) and electric probe MIC2101A (1N/ 0.1kgf), equipped with a Vickers hardness diamond with electric control, can obtain reliable measurement results.
